BRAIN GYM

Brain Gym activities help students improve concentration, memory, and coordination. These simple exercises support better learning by activating both sides of the brain, enabling students to stay focused, calm, and mentally alert during academic activities.

YOGA (STUDENTS, TEACHERS & PARENTS)

Yoga is practiced regularly to promote physical fitness, mental calmness, and emotional balance. Sessions are conducted for students, teachers, and parents, fostering a healthy lifestyle, stress management, and overall well-being through breathing exercises, postures, and relaxation techniques.

VALUE INCULCATION PROGRAMME (VIP)

The Value Inculcation Programme focuses on nurturing moral values, discipline, respect, and ethical behaviour among students. Through stories, discussions, activities, and real-life examples, students learn the importance of honesty, responsibility, empathy, and good citizenship.

ENGLISH COMMUNICATION ENHANCEMENT (ECE)

The English Communication Enhancement programme helps students develop confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and listening. Activities such as storytelling, role plays, speeches, and conversations improve fluency, vocabulary, and effective communication skills.

ADOLESCENCE AWARENESS PROGRAMME

This programme supports students during their adolescent years by creating awareness about physical, emotional, and psychological changes. Guided sessions help students understand personal health, hygiene, emotional well-being, and responsible behaviour in a safe and supportive environment.

SOCIAL OUTREACH INITIATIVES

Social outreach initiatives encourage students to develop compassion and social responsibility. Through community service activities, awareness campaigns, and participation in social causes, students learn the value of service, teamwork, and contributing positively to society.
