Admission Overview
Admissions at Ambal Matriculation Higher Secondary School are open for Pre-KG to Class XI. The school follows a transparent and student-friendly admission process aimed at identifying and nurturing young learners in a supportive academic environment. Admission is granted based on availability of seats and compliance with school norms.
Admission Procedure
The admission process is designed to be simple and systematic:
- Parents may collect the admission application form from the school office or enquire through the official contact channels.
- The completed application form should be submitted along with the required documents.
- For higher classes, students may be assessed through an interaction or basic academic evaluation.
- Parents will be informed about admission confirmation upon verification of the documents.
- Once selected, admission formalities must be completed within the stipulated time.
- An entrance evaluation may be conducted, which could include a written test or personal interaction.
Documents Required
Parents are requested to submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- Completed admission application form
- Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (for Classes I and above)
- Previous school academic records / report cards
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card copy of the student
- Passport-size photographs of the student
